Trey Solo Tour: Trey Anastasio
will play 10 dates in May for an "Acoustic/Electric Tour."
Furthermore, a new tourdate has been added.
Tickets for all of the shows are sold out. Phil and Friends: Page and Trey performed with Phil Lesh, Steve Kimock, and John Molo as "Phil and Friends" April 15-17 at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco. Summer Tour: Mail order is now
over, and Phish.Com is reporting
that they are still filling orders from the first postmark date (April 5).
Phish.Com Also reports that the
on sale date for the July 10th at the E Centre in Camden, New Jersey
has been changed from May 22nd to May 29th. NYE Possibilities: Phish may be considering Southern California for its 1999 New Year's Eve show/run. (No tour plans have been made.) Recent Guest/Side Project Appearances: The members of Phish have been very busy from April through May with many, many appearances. They include: Mike with various bluegrass combos, the
Pork Tornado tour, Page and Trey with Phil and Friends and Santana, and many more. |
Siket Disc (?) : Phish is considering releasing a collection of instrumental
material from some of last year's Bearsville sessions, tentatively titled "The Siket Disc." Guest/Side Project Album News: Members of Phish appear on various discs released or to be released in the near future, including: Page and Mike on a benefit track with
The Meters, Fish on the new JMP disc,
the new Dude of Life album, and Amfibian's first release. The Story of the Ghost is Phish's most recent album. The White Tape has been released through Phish Dry Goods. One Man's Trash, a solo
album by Trey Anastasio, is now available from Phish Dry Goods. |
Phish-News: A new Phish current events mailing list has been created. Hockey:On Sunday, February 28, Trey played during a 30-minute "old-timers" game between former members of both teams. The Phish Book, the first authorized or official book about the band, has been released. Documentaries: Phish is involved with 2 projects. The first
is a film about Phish called Bittersweet Motel (directed by Todd Phillips). Secondly, Phish has contributed an unreleased instrumental track called What's the Use? to a
documentary about famed NYC painter (and Story of the Ghost
